Super Quick Dinner Rolls

I'm not really sure where I copied this recipe from, but it was somewhere on the internet. I fixed a roast in the crockpot today, with mashed potatoes and vegetables. I always do homemade rolls with honey butter on them. But had to substitute these rolls instead. It was one of those days where having kids' means you change your plans at the drop of a hat! The kids' were in need of something to snack on after school! They gobbled up 2 quarts of strawberries I got at the store yesterday, yes they don't last long around here! So a little junky sweet treat was in order since the cookie jar was empty! I had my sweet little helper Evan gladly helping me and sneaking tiny spoonfuls of cookie dough into his little mouth. Baby was running around grunting for more chocolate chips, LOL! It was sooo cute! It won't be long 'till I'll be making a tiny apron for baby Justin!

These are more like a muffin than a roll, but I like them. I think Scott was the one that missed my homemade rolls the most, but he ate 4 or 5 of these little things, LOL!

Instant Rolls

-1 cup self-rising flour
-3 Tbls white sugar
-3 Tbls mayo
-1/2 cup milk

1.) Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease muffin pan.

2.) Mix flour and sugar together. Stir milk and mayo. Fill muffin tin 1/2 full.

3.) Bake 10 minutes, or till golden brown on top.

*NOTE* This only makes 6 muffins, if you need more, just double the recipe. I made 12 for us.
